Our story
A friendship that grew into a movement.
The seeds of The Winning Team were planted in 2012, when Dr. Tobiloba was reading in a quiet study room and Dr. Akin asked to share his book. Contacts were exchanged, books circulated, friends became family, and in March 2020 that thread became a club.

In the pandemic year, the network is formalised as The Winning Team Books & Networking.
Today
A global team
Doctors, nurses, engineers, teachers, counsellors and entrepreneurs across four countries.
Our first book together was Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, a turning point that still defines the spirit of the team.
What we do
Two arms. One mission.
Reading sharpens the mind. Networking opens the doors. We do both, with intention.
Book Club Arm
We read together, debate together, and grow together. Members have completed Masters degrees, enrolled in PhDs and represented Nigeria on international stages.
Networking Arm
Networking is not just taking; it’s giving more. We connect up the ladder and down the ladder, building synergistic relationships rooted in honesty, integrity and value.
